MANAGER - APPLICATION RESEARCH CENTER (TEXTILES)

Job Description:

• Technical expertise required for preparing the technical documents like TDS, MSDS, other knowledge of regulatory, registrations in textile & technical textiles. Expert in global product registration & documentation.
• Work in close co-ordination with the R&D team in providing them the application-based understanding of any project being initiated by the R&D team. To ensure that the application lab is well equipped wrt fabric / machinery & testing equipment’s in carrying out all the application-based activities of the R&D projects.
• Enable Application lab to maintain the screening & standardization process of the existing as well as R&D pipeline products & competition products. Maintain documents related to testing that support to carry out the required testing with internal available facilities as well as external third-party labs. Well established relations with third party labs.
• Actively lead the entire product launch process wrt all the related technical points so as to ensure that the value benefit is offered to the customer without impacting the other performance parameters. Provide the technical expertise to ensure that the trials are successful at the shop-floor level to meet the requirements of the end customer.
• Excellent understanding of the textile application process wrt different substrates & processing routes at Mill level and garment level.
• Excellent experience of handling the usage & setting the chemical recipe of textile specialty chemicals in self finishing and in combinations
• Have Good people network & contacts at the Mill level.
• Work in close co-ordination with the Business Development team & QA department & to offer a complete value proposition to the customer.
• Understand chemical products and offerings in the market. ability to carry out complete competition analysis & product substitution.

EXECUTIVE- VISTA OPERATIONS
Qualification: B.TECH CHEMICAL ENGINEERING

Job Description:

1. Responsible for overall shift management and process monitoring from weighing to packing.
2. Responsible for executing the production targets as per Daily production plan.
3. Responsible for following/ensuring system requirements as per ISO / GMP standard requirements
4. To ensure complete data updation of Production Orders like process timings, date, RM details and in process inspection etc.
5. Routine inspection of production floor, ensure compliance of safety, security, housekeeping and contract workmen management.
6. Co-ordination with QA/Stores/Logistics for day to day requirements.
7. Ensure proper timings of lunch/dinner, tea time are adhered to by production workmen.
8. Coordinate with maintenance for up keep of all equipment’s in working conditions.
9. Organize and ensure availability of RM for the shift as per plan released and ensure daily target productivity.
10. To take ownership of production floor, men & machinery in the shift and utilization of plant capacity and equipment to its maximum.
11. Responsible and accountable for total input/output of RM, intermediate and finished goods.
12. Controlling non-conformance through effective process monitoring and carry out root cause analysis for non-conformances.
13. Responsible to monitor department objectives and compile necessary supportive documents and reports on every quarter.
14. Responsible for required process data updation in SAP on daily basis.
15. Preparation and compilation of Stock report / monthly reports and data analysis for effective improvements and corrective actions.
