3. Ensure that our company’s Marketing Policies and Guideline are strictly followed, more particularly
a) Payment Terms for New Channel Partners would be as ‘Advance’ (RTGS or NEFT) against Order and latter against Security Deposit.
b) Credit Limits for Channel Partners needs to be adhered as per the policy and further order processing to be restricted if exceeding the limit.
c) Avoid Bad Debts and Goods Return is not permissible except for technical reasons..
d) Visit Reports need to be sent daily at the close of the day or before commencing the work subsequent day. Non Receipt of Visit Reports more than two days will be considered as ‘Absent’ from work.
e) All allocated region needs to be covered month on month as per the market size / sales volumes and potential.
f) Monthly Visit Plan should be forwarded for approval before 3rd of every month and Travel is permissible only with approval.
g) Sales Budget for the succeeding month needs to be sent to the HO through mail to reach on or before 25th of the current month.
h) Hands on Demonstration as per the customer requirement needs to be carried out as and when required.
i) Strict Adherence to working hours – 9.30 am – till the market requirements and all Saturdays are working.
j) It is essential to report to the Channel Partner Office by 9.30 am and further commence market visits.
k) Adhere to the Price List issued by H.O. There is no authority to grant discounts without specific written permission from H.O.
l) Ensure Channel Partners maintain adequate stock such that there is no short supply against customer requirements.
m) Channel Partners needs to have adequate infrastructure for safe storage of products and ensure that they have personnel for ‘Sales follow up’ and Timely Deliveries.
n) Secondary Sales Report Tracking of Channel Partners is a pre-requisite.
o) Focus on Market Gaps and address the same on priority
p) Competitor Activities to be captured and any new product, samples has to be collected and forwarded to HO for Analysis and awareness.
q) To carry out all the instructions given by H.O. from Time to Time.
