Job Profile:

Conducting IQA audits (QMS, EMS, OHSAS, ISMS, SA 8000), preparing and circulating report
Co-ordinate with departments for Product code release through the NPL process
Conducting follow-up audits for updating audit NC corrective actions and NC closure
Conducting FIFO audit and submitting the report
Participating in the CCR committee and providing support
Knowledge data base: Maintaining knowledge data base, Problem Data base (Kaizen, Idea bank, TPM, 6 Sigma, 6 S)
Providing support for NC closures
Preparing documents, records, SOP and formats
Conducting GMP audits and submitting the GMP audit report

Position: Officer / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager - Logistics
Qualification: Any Graduate
Preferred age group: 25 to 35 Yrs

Job Profile:
Supply, distribution planning, coordination with all teams to ensure daily and monthly dispatches.
Coordinate with production and provide inputs for Production planning and stock control.
Coordinate with COF team for any clarification with respect to schedule materials etc, to achieve the dispatch goal.
Handling FG stores for the respective units – inventory management, space management etc.
Ensure proper action taken to prevent accumulation of shelf life over in the FG stock of all logistics warehouse.
Ensure all approved transporter delivers RESIL’s expectations and initiate the necessary action for any deviations or issues from the transporters.
Handling CCR process & per IMS / QMS systems procedure & ensure all the CCR are closed in time.
Ensure customer rejected materials are accounted on the time and all the related documents given to the respective department on time.
Ensure monthly stock taking completed and report submitted to accounts and to the senior leaders.
Ensure FG godown and logistics office maintained neat and clean.
Ensure all the IMS & SA 8000 practices has been followed and participate in the audits and take corrective actions for NC in a timely manner.
Provide support for Manpower hiring / Handling and training for the logistics teams.
Identify areas for improvement and improve department efficiency and optimize cost.
Create monthly MIS adhoc reports. / Pending Order Report / Daily reports
Ensure all the samples are processed on time.
Review MSMR stock monthly and modify MSMR stocks as per the current trend. Monitor MSMR stocks daily basis.
Maintain all the required statutory documents for the respective units.
Create Rate contract with transporters / couriers etc.
Handling of export logistics (End to End activities)

Position: Technical Officer - Manufacturing
Qualification: Chemical Engg Graduate / B.Sc chemistry
Preferred age group: 25 – 30 Yrs

Job Profile:
Responsible for overall shift management and process monitoring from weighing to packing.
Responsible for executing the production targets as per Daily production plan.
Responsible for following/ensuring system requirements as per IMS standard requirements
To ensure complete data updation of Production Orders like starting time, date, RM details and in process inspection etc.
Routine inspection of production floor, ensure compliance of safety, security, housekeeping and contract workmen management.
Co-ordination with QA/Stores/Logistics for day to day requirements.
Ensure proper timings of lunch/dinner, tea time are adhered to by production workmen.
Coordinate with maintenance for up keep of all equipment’s in working conditions.
Organize and ensure availability of RM for the shift as per plan released.
To take ownership of production floor, men & machinery in the shift and utilization of plant capacity and equipment to its maximum.
Responsible and accountable for total input/output of RM, intermediate and finished goods.
Controlling non-conformance through effective process monitoring and carry out root cause analysis for non-conformances.
Trouble shooting of RM / FG where ever required.
Man power allocation based on requirements to utilize the available resources effectively.
Continuous cost reduction through process modifications and improvements.
Responsible to monitor department objectives and compile necessary supportive documents and reports on every quarter
Responsible to implement and maintain IMS and SA8000 standard requirements and documents.
Updation of Issue for production in SAP as per the sample list on time.
Updation of Receipt from production in SAP on time.
Responsible for Inventory transfer of approved batches to concerned warehouses.
Preparation and compilation of Stock reports on monthly basis.
Any undue incidents during the shift to be reported to higher authorities by phone/writing.
Position:Manager / Sr. Manager - Logistics
Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Profile:
Full Co-ordination for Multiple Units, Logistics and will be handing the planning / order processing / analyzing / execution of orders
Co-ordinating for production plan and discussing with user departments for smooth operation.
Insurance report generation and advising for enhancement of policy
Tracing the shelf life over material & getting it approved by QA.
Highlighting the non moving stocks and request for reprocess / disposal of the same
FIR / Customer return goods handing and understanding the customer complains with respect to material movement.
Transporter handling and making contracts for smoother operation
Strengthen the inter departmental co-ordination and ensure timely delivery
ABC analysis region wise to maintain minimum stocks
Handle FG stores supervisor and co-ordinate for the physical dispatches
Ensure FIFO
Documentation follow-up and information to branches
Heading the whole logistics function and do the necessary system improvements for better efficient operation
Co-ordination with commercial department for statutory compliance.
