1. Very good Knowledge of Costing, standards, analysis.
2. Participation in day-to-day accounting function like banking, journalisation, preparation
3. of the P&L, quarterly and annual accounts closing.
4. Involve in gathering various information and analysing the Costing data for decision making.
5. Handling basic costing and cost analysis.
6. Fixed assets management and including capital work in progress, capitalisation, data & documentation.
7. Knowledge of Import and export banking activities, arranging the LC, Bank Guarantee
8. Liaisoning with Internal and Statutory audit
9. Knowledge of GST/TDS/TCS compliance and filing.
10. Monthly Reconciliations around IGST, SGST & CGST.
11. Involve in preparing MIS reports in analysing the costing, P &L, Balance sheet and various financial reports to the top management
12. Good oral and written communication skills

• Qualification: ICWA FINA
• Experience: 6 to 8 years in Manufacturing Company
• Skills: Good knowledge of SAP, MS office, Communication skills and team player

Job Description

• Sampling of finished goods and raw materials
• Analysis of finished goods, packing materials and raw materials
• Product substitution analysis
• Development finished goods and development raw materials analysis
• Customer rejected finished goods analysis
• One month, three months & six months shelf life analysis of finished goods.
• Calibration and maintaining internal calibration records
• Preparation of standard solutions and buffer solutions
• Labeling and segregation of approved and non-conforming raw materials, scraping them after six months
• Maintaining the stock levels of lab chemicals
• Shelf life over raw material analysis and shelf life over finished goods analysis
• Documentation of all tested data in QA module program and in SAP.
• Documentation and maintaining systems as per the IMS , GMP, GLP and FDA requirements
• Follow all safe laboratory practices and PPEs.
• Achieve the individual objectives set by the department

• Drive online campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.Oversee performance marketing efforts such as PPC, affiliate marketing, and retargeting to ensure consistent online revenue streams.
• Enhance our online presence from website functionality to landing pages, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
• Continuously monitor and interpret online metrics, driving sales growth and engagement.
4. Offline Brand Strategy:
• Lead offline initiatives.
• Engage with external partners and stakeholders to bolster consistent brand representation in physical arenas.
• Oversee offline advertising campaigns.
• Plan and manage events and influencers, participation in exhibitions.
5. Marketing Strategy Formulation:
• Innovate, develop, and roll out marketing strategies that amplify brand prominence and spur sales.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for integrated campaigns and alignment with overarching business aims.
6. Team Management & Collaboration:
• Direct, mentor, and elevate a team of marketing aficionados, instilling a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Collaborate extensively with sales, product development, operations and other key departments to realize comprehensive marketing success.
