Resil's vision is to bring world-class sustainable technologies to market that can save water, energy, and the use of chemicals that have the least impact on the environment, thereby helping protect workers, consumers, and the planet at large.
Resil has a unique repository of knowledge in the area of silicones and organic chemicals used by the fashion industry. This knowledge can help the Textile & Apparel community take the right decisions and innovate in solving problems related to sustainable chemicals for apparel and fashion customers all over the globe.
In 2015, the United Nations came up with 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) to help businesses fight climate change and keep the environment healthy until 2030. The stakes for achieving these objectives are much higher, especially in the fashion and chemical industries, where textile waste and other energy-wasting processes still exist. We have decided to focus on the five SDGs listed below and make improvements to them.

In order to protect renewable resources like water and power, Resil never stopped creating environmental management plans. Sustainable packaging materials reduction, reuse, and replacement have made tremendous progress. The reduction of solid waste and the reuse of wastewater are examples of continuous development. The boilers and power generators were upgraded to a CNG-based fuel system to reduce the environmental impact of CO2.
At Resil, our priority has always been the well-being and security of our employees, suppliers, clients, and local communities. We provided Klenza branded sanitizing goods and sanitization know-how to help hospitals and police departments that were fighting the COVID-19 virus together. No incidents were reported in our factories, and there were no fatal workplace accidents involving our full-time employees or our contractors. We have successfully obtained SA8000 certification.
Resil has a flat management structure that allows us to effectively communicate the strategic direction throughout the organization by setting up goals and objectives (GOs). The GOs are closely monitored for implementation to meet the ever-changing business needs. The GOs are cascaded until the last level in the organization for effective execution. The main executive decision-making body on business and operations is the Executive Committee (EC). The EC structure incorporates all the key management functions and is responsible for determining the strategy, structure, and future development. The EC is responsible for the execution of the strategy and direction approved by the Board of Directors (BOD).

We recognise that the textile business is likely the biggest environmental polluter. However, a small number of textile chemical producers are developing a number of cutting-edge ideas to lessen the environmental impact through latest techniques and products. This change started off very slowly but is now gathering significant momentum in India, Resil is a pioneer in these initiatives.
Resil continuously improves its technology and products to cut down on waste, water use, and shift to more environmentally friendly products. The company also has a sustainability group that tracks its carbon footprint and plans to gradually reduce it. It also has extensive facilities for testing and monitoring products, extensive employee training programs, and water-saving plant designs.

The industry's upstream processes, from the development of textile fibers to the manufacture of fashion clothes, heavily rely on the planet's limited resources, including land, water, and energy. The treatment of textile fibers and clothes also involves the use of chemicals that have a significant detrimental impact on the environment.
One of the biggest expenses in production is energy. From a business standpoint, encouraging energy efficiency is consequently a top priority for us.
Our plan is to quickly switch to renewable energy sources while continuing to utilize less energy overall.
